Use of Services
Brands Design is a full-service design and marketing agency serving a wide range of clients. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions at all times.
Payments & Down Payment
- A down payment may be required before starting a project.
- Additional charges may apply upon project completion or milestone delivery.
- Minor adjustments are included after completion.
- Invoice adjustments may occur to reflect accurate payment records.
- Approved rebates may be requested as per prior agreement.
Unresponsive Client Policy
If a client remains unresponsive for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to consider the project inactive and may charge the remaining balance using the client’s default payment method.
Discount Policy
- Discounts are only available to direct clients who make full upfront payments.
- Discounts will be void if additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are requested.
- Failure to respond promptly may also result in loss of any applied discount.
Ownership of Files
Once the final work is delivered, only the approved final files belong to the client. Any drafts, concepts, or unfinished work remain the property of Brands Design and cannot be used without permission.
If a client is unresponsive for 6 months, the project will be placed on hold. Resuming work may require additional fees.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable if the client is dissatisfied with the final design and provides a valid reason within 7 days of project initiation.
- Projects that have progressed beyond initial stages (e.g., revisions or final delivery) are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued outside these conditions.
Subscription Policy
- Subscription services are billed automatically (monthly or yearly).
- Clients will receive email notifications for each renewal.
- Active subscriptions cannot be canceled mid-term.
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 15 days prior to renewal.
- Any outstanding dues will be charged upon cancellation.
Dedicated Resource Hiring
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
- Tasks assigned after 3 PM may be delivered the next working day, depending on complexity
This policy ensures flexibility while maintaining quality and efficiency in project delivery.
Violation of Terms
We reserve the right to take legal action against any user who violates these Terms & Conditions, including suspension or termination of services.
Failure to enforce any part of these terms does not waive our right to enforce them in the future.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to be valid and in effect.
